OUR STORY

Studio One Dance Academy was founded in 2024 by Paula and Jill, two Cape Town dance educators who brought together decades of professional performance and world-class training. They launched with a shared conviction: that serious dance education belongs in every community.

​That vision resonated immediately. In its first two years, Studio One expanded from a single studio to four locations across the Western Cape, bridging the gap between the Northern Suburbs and the Winelands.

​Now in its third year, the academy has secured its place as one of the most decorated independent dance institutions in the region. 

As a modern brand, this success wasn't built on a legacy inherited from elsewhere; it was earned, week by week, through the standard of excellence maintained on the studio floor.
