The Foundational Programme is where the training starts to feel like training. Students in Grades 1 through 3 are introduced to Lyrical alongside Ballet, Modern, and Acro: four disciplines that together give a dancer their first genuinely complete technical vocabulary.

This is the level at which many students discover which discipline speaks to them most. It is also the level at which parents begin to see a change in how their child moves, stands, and carries themselves - not just in the studio, but everywhere.

Classes are structured to develop technique, strength, flexibility, and the beginnings of genuine performance artistry, within a week-by-week curriculum that builds cohesively across the term.
